The research aimed to develop educational multimedia design skills among secondary school teachers and direct them towards digital training in an adaptive electronic training environment (individual and participatory). A developmental and applied research approach was used by Khamis (2015) to direct towards adaptive training, so the research group was integrated from the number (40) of upper stage teachers at Sayida Zineb Girls’ Secondary School in Qena, and they were divided into two joint groups (individual/participatory) according to the quasi-experimental design of the research. The research tools were the creative achievement test accompanying the capture of educational media, the product evaluation card, and quality of media design, motivational scale. towards digital media training, and a performance note card. as a result of the research, there are differences between the pre- and post-application of each of the achievement tests. The spirit of creativity that accompanies educational design in an individually adapted training environment, and a training environment for adaptation and participation with secondary school teachers. There is also a difference. between the pre- and post-application of the motivational scale towards digital training in an individual adaptive change environment, and a participatory adaptive training environment for teachers in the secondary stage, there are differences between the group of the adaptive electronic training environment for all, the development of the participatory electronic training environment in the post-application for each of the academic achievement tests, divine inspiration. to multimedia Evaluation of educational computers, measurement of digital orientation, and card product for multimedia design quality Secondary teachers have participatory revision. It was recommended to search for a training environment Adaptive (individual/participatory), modified and perfected by secondary school teachers, and holding a teacher traning Secondary stage for developing multimedia production design skills.
