Abstract
The present study was carried out on 470 camels, of both sexes with different ages during the period from July 2020 to June 2021 from AL Shalateen area, Red Sea governorate, to study the prevalence of brucellosis, diagnosis of brucellosis by using different serological techniques including (mRBPT, ICA and CFT) and evaluate these techniques, apply trials of isolation, identification and typing of Brucella spp. from 15 seropositive animals and characterize the Brucella spp. which isolated from seropositive camel using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). In addition, evaluation of Br. abortus RB51 vaccine among camel by detection of cell mediated immune responses.
