This research aimed to study The impact of Ambidextrous leadership on Thriving at work An applied study on the employees of the Egyptian Tax Authority (value added tax) in the north of Delta area, The size of the research sample was(364) individuals, The number of responses that were subjected to statistical analysis reached (325) individuals, with a response rate of 89%.The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the researcher variables, which are Ambidextrous leadership (independent variable) and , Thriving at work (dependent variable), To analyze the primary data for the research, the researcher used the statistical program Spss v.26 to enter the primary data and analyze the research hypotheses, The researcher used Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (Alpha) to calculate the validity and reliability coefficients. ,while she used both the Pearson correlation coefficient and the multiple regression analysis method to verify the validity of the research hypotheses, The researcher reached several results, the most important of which was: There is a positive statistically significant correlation between dimensions of Ambidextrous leadership and dimensions of Thriving at work, There is also a statistically significant positive impact of Ambidextrous leadership on the dimensions of Thriving at work( learning and vitality) among employees of the central administration and its deputies at the Egyptian Tax Authority. “Value added tax” in the North Delta area, there is also a statistically significant differences in employee’s perception of the research variables (Ambidextrous leadership, thriving at work) depending on their demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification, years of experience). The researcher presented several recommendations, the most prominent of which are developing social exchange relationships between leaders and employees, paying attention to developing Ambidextrous leadership behaviors.
