Over the past few years, awareness has increased among individuals of the importance of the psychological factor and its effective role in the balanced and comprehensive preparation of the individual, as psychological skills have become an essential factor for any person, as they greatly affect his performance, whether at work or his personal love. Therefore, attention must be paid to good psychological preparation for the sports specialist Psychological preparation has become an effective course in the process of comprehensive and balanced preparation of sports workers in their various disciplines, which achieves the maximum levels of performance at work to achieve the desired goals, as psychology is considered one of the most important sciences related to sports activities because it helps to solve many problems related to job performance in Business and tasks assigned to the individual.
The lifestyle represents a broad concept that is affected by overlapping aspects of the subjective and objective aspects, linked to the state of health and psychological state of the individual, the extent of independence that he enjoys, the social relations that he forms, as well as his relationship to the environment in which he lives.
And the lifestyle is related to the personal values of the individual that determines his beliefs about all the life variables that surround him and the problems he faces in pursuit of self-satisfaction.
The lifestyle is the enjoyment of material conditions, the feeling of well-being, satisfaction of needs and satisfaction with life, and the increase of the individual’s sense of the meaning of life in addition to physical health and his compatibility with society.
The decision-making process permeates continuously in the organization’s activity and in all elements of the administrative process, such as planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, and it is not limited to one worker or an administrative level alone. He searches for an acceptable alternative within the limits of the information he can obtain.
Second: Research problem:
The multiplicity of lifestyles according to individuals’ desires, abilities, the nature of their work, their age groups, and their demographic and economic backgrounds. We find that the active lifestyle associated with exercise and social contact is more common among the lower age groups and among the groups whose work does not require spending long hours of office work or whose nature of work requires mobility and travel. from one place to another, the sedentary lifestyle is more satisfying than the elderly. A person’s lifestyle is affected by many factors, on top of which is his educational and cultural level, his ability to move functionally, and his ability to make certain decisions.
Scientific research has given special attention to the life of the individual, in light of attempts to reform sports activities, and the importance and value of studies that deal with the life of sports specialists emphasize the importance of the individual and the importance of getting to know him, listening and talking to him, and therefore it is necessary to know the personality of the individual and his ideas and His perceptions until we get to understand the processes and factors surrounding the decision-making process, and the sports specialist, like any individual in any system, may be exposed to exhaustion and psychological problems that lead him to the inability to give and to play his role in the work, which prompted the researcher to search in the style of Life and its relationship to the state of psychological flow and its impact on decision-making among workers in sports bodies in North Sinai Governorate.
Third: Research objective:
The research aims to identify:
1. The lifestyle of workers in sports organizations in North Sinai Governorate.
2. Mechanisms of the decision-making for workers in sports bodies in North Sinai Governorate.
3. Lifestyle and its relationship to the decision-making process of workers in sports bodies in North Sinai Governorate.
Fourth: Research Questions:
1. What is the lifestyle of workers in sports bodies in North Sinai Governorate?
2. What are the mechanisms of the decision-making for workers in sports bodies in North Sinai Governorate?
3. What is the relationship between lifestyle and the decision-making of workers in sports bodies in North Sinai Governorate?
Search procedures
First: Research Methodology:
The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method, in order to suit the nature of the research and to achieve its goal.
Second: Society and Research Sample:
The researcher identified and described the characteristics of the indigenous community and appointed his research according to the following steps:
1- A community appointed by the workers in the sports bodies in North Sinai Governorate, and it includes:
A. Chairmen of the board of directors of sports clubs in North Sinai Governorate.
B. Directors of sports clubs in North Sinai Governorate.
C. Members of the Board of Directors of sports clubs in North Sinai Governorate.
D. Sports specialists in sports clubs in North Sinai Governorate.
Third: Data collection tools:
The researcher used the following tools to obtain the necessary data and information to achieve the goal of his research and answer his questions:
1. The personal interview:

3. Measure of decision making:
The researcher used the decision-making scale prepared by Saif Abdon (1979 AD) attached (4)(5), after it was re-legalized on a sample of the current research community and outside the basic sample. The scale aims to measure the individual’s ability to make a decision.
Fourth: Steps to design the questionnaire:
The preparation of the questionnaire went through a number of stages, which we summarize as follows:
1. Determine the data and variables to be measured.
2. Drafting the questionnaire in its initial form.
3. Presentation of research axes to arbitrators and experts:
Fifth: Exploratory Study:
The researcher conducted the exploratory study on a sample of 20 individuals in the period from 3/20/2022 to 4/10/2022 A.D. The sample of the exploratory study was chosen by the intentional method from the original community and outside the basic research sample. It has the same characteristics and conditions.
Sixth: Scientific Transactions

The researcher conducted the following tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire scale that he used in his field study.

The researcher took into account the results and observations of the methodological, objective and applied experts, and after the researcher conducted the scientific transactions of the questionnaire form (honesty - reliability) to collect the targeted data, the questionnaire form was formulated in its final form.
where the researcher used the restricted (closed) questionnaire method, and determined a three-point scale for the questionnaire (yes = three degrees, to some extent = two degrees, no = one degree).

Seventh: Basic Study:
The researcher applied the questionnaire form in its final form and the decision-making scale on the research sample in the period from 1/7/2022 AD to 10/15/2022 AD, where the researcher met with all the respondents directly during the personal interviews to follow up the work and explain the content of the questionnaire form and define its purpose and assure the respondents that their opinions will be It is appreciated and confidential, and after completing the application of the questionnaire, the researcher corrected it in order to identify the correct final number for it, in order to empty it in the lists prepared for it for the purpose of preparation for conducting statistical treatments.
Eighth: Statistical treatments:
The researcher used the statistical software package (SPSS) for human sciences in processing his research data
Conclusions and recommendations
First: Conclusions:
1- The family represents for the sports specialist the most important thing in his life.
2- The specialist is keen to respect the feelings of others.
3- Subjectivity and personal relationships sometimes affect the decision-making of the sports specialist.
4- Ensuring the implementation of the regulations and laws for the organization of work without any considerations.
5- Some work regulations and laws need to be amended.
6- The sports specialist’s interest in social and family relations.
7- Life pressures negatively affect work.
8- Decisions are not affected by the leadership position of the decision-maker.
9- Decisions are based on available information and knowledge.
10- Previous experiences represent an important basis in decision-making.

12- There is a correlation between the scientific level dimension, social customs and traditions, and the measure of decision-making, picture (a).
13- There is a correlation between the dimension of regulations and laws and the measure of decision-making, picture (a).

Second: Recommendations:
In light of the results and conclusions reached by the researcher, the researcher recommends the following:
1- Questionnaire form (lifestyle):
The first dimension: ”public relations”
- The necessity of communication between friends and colleagues in the work environment and outside it
- Active participation of the individual in charitable and voluntary work
- Participate in various events with subordinates
- A leader must respect the feelings of everyone working under him
The second dimension, ”the scientific level, social customs and traditions”
- The need for the specialist to participate in workshops and courses for refining skills in the field of specialization.
- Ensuring to reach the maximum benefit from practical and scientific certificates and experiences.
- Paying attention to personal relationships with others
- Communication with others is within the framework of human meanings, in a way that does not harm work and caring for family relationships with friends and relatives.
- Accepting criticism and other opinion helps in achieving goals and doing business.
The third dimension is ”regulations and laws”.
- Applying work regulations without any considerations
- Guidance and follow-up within the work is carried out in an excellent manner within the framework of the law
- The need for the regulations and laws regulating work to take into account the rights of workers in professional development and refinement, and to allow workers to complete postgraduate studies according to their specializations.
- Regulations and laws governing work need to be amended to keep pace with global changes
- Control processes are not sufficient for the success of the work
The Fourth Dimension: ”Physical, Physiological and Psychological Health”
- Avoid professional pressures
- Follow a balanced diet and drink water regularly
- Exercising daily under any circumstances on a regular basis
- Enjoy spending leisure time and official holidays
- Facing crises and problems calmly
The Fifth Dimension ”Social and Economic Level”
- Paying attention to social relationships because they are an important element in facing the pressures of life
- Belonging to the family and society is not related to economic conditions
- Efficiency in carrying out tasks that require planning and organization
- The need to amend incentives and allowances because they are not commensurate with the volume of work required
- Focus should be on not affecting the economic level in the work.
- Attention must be paid to improving economic conditions because it is one of the most important causes of stress.
