Second: Summary of The study
The problem of the study
It is clear to us through this study that we reach the problem of the
study represented in the greater the job satisfaction, the higher the
professional competetence of the school social worker and vice versa. The
problem of the current study can be formulated into the following question;
What is the relationship between job satisfaction and proressional
competence?
Does job satisfaction affect professional competence ?
Objectives of the study;
The main objective of the study is determined by;
Determining the relationship between job satisfaction and professional
competence of the school social worker;
from this main objective stems from the sub-goala from this main objective,
the following sub-objectives emerge;
1-Determine the relationship between job performance and principal.
2-Determining the relationship between job satisfaction and the profession –
specific job the social worker.
3- Determining the relationship between job satisfaction and the writer’s
affectiveness for the school social worker .
The importance of the study ;
1-This study gains importance from the importance of the education sector
in the education distrct’s special education affairs education and learning
phase in a single school in the pacific .
2-The importance of the study comes from the importance of itself, which is
the school field job satisfaction leads to an increase in the level of the social
worker’s performance of his roles.
3-and consequently the level of social service, which reflects positively on
his job perfessional competence and continuous development of the school
social worker .
study hypotheses;

The main hypothesis of the study is determined by ;
There is a direct statistically signicant relationship between job satisfaction
and the professional competence of the school social worker.
from this main hypothesis the following sub-hypotheses emerge ;
1-There is a direct, statistically significant relationship between job
satisfaction and the cognitive efficiency of the school social worker.
2-There is a direct statistically significant relationship between job
satisfaction and the skill efficiency of the school social worker .
3-There is a direct, statistically significant relationship between job
satisfaction and the emotional competence of the school social worker .
Concepts of the study;
1-Job satisfaction concept
2-The concept of professional competence
3-The concept of social role theory in the service of the individual
Methodological procedures for the study;
A-Type of study ;
This study belongs to the analytical descriptive studies, which are concerned
with the quantitative and qualitative description of the studied phenomenon .
School in the framework of the theory of the role in the service of the
individual
B- The method used ;
Consistent with the study problem , the comprehensive social survey
approach will be relied on for social workers in middle school schools in the
aswan educational administration.
c- study tools;
The current study relied on the following tools;
1-Scale of job satisfaction for the school social worker (prepared by the
researcher)
2- Scale of professional competence of the school social worker (prepared
by the researcher )
