Research methodology: The researcher used the experimental method by using the experimental design for two groups (experimental - control), by pre and post measurement, in order to suit the nature of this research. research community: The research community includes (141) middle school students at the Paris Preparatory Joint School for the academic year (2018-2019). The research sample: The researcher selected the research sample randomly, from the second year of middle school students, and their number reached (50) students who were divided into (20) pupils for the experimental and (20) pupils for the control and (10) pupils as an exploratory sample, and the percentage of the sample was (35.46%). The experimental group was divided into three levels within the group (low - medium - high) according to the level of skill performance. I followed with them the proposed educational program using Keeler’s strategy in learning the systematic gymnastics skills under consideration.

The research concluded the following results:
First, results:
In light of the field of research and its goal, and based on the completed statistical procedures and treatments, and within the scope of the research community and the limits of the research sample, and after presenting and discussing the results, the researcher reached the following conclusions:
1. The use of Keeler’s strategy has a positive effect on the cognitive achievement and systematic skills of gymnastics in the second year of middle school.
2. The use of Keeler’s strategy has a positive effect on the level of performance of the systematic skills of gymnastics in the second year of middle school.
3. There is a statistically significant relationship between cognitive achievement and the level of systematic skills performance for gymnastics in the second year of middle school. Secondly, recommendations According to the statistical treatments indicated and the conclusions reached, the following recommendations could be made: 1- Applying the Keeler strategy to learn the theoretical and practical aspects of gymnastics skills in middle school schools. 2- Conducting similar studies using the Keeler strategy at different age stages to prove and confirm the effectiveness of this strategy in learning different motor skills. 3- Directing the results of the research, the strategy used and the steps for their implementation to those in charge of the teaching process in general and the teaching of gymnastics in particular, in order to benefit from these results. 4- The necessity to pay attention to the cognitive aspect of learners and to prepare cognitive measures in gymnastics. The introduction of the modeling strategy into the teaching methods curriculum in the curriculum and teaching methods departments in the Faculties of Physical Education.
