study followed the descriptive and analytical method for the dating of these pieces and the methods of craftsmen and decoration, and the study includes 145 masterpieces from various museums It contains inscriptions of various Indian deities, including 16 pieces of jewelry, 32 pieces of metal machinery and tools of silver, gold, bronze and copper, 38 pieces of wood and ivory, 28 pieces of weaving, and 31 pieces of coins. Reasons for choosing the topic: The reason behind choosing this topic is that no one of the researchers has addressed before, despite the abundance of research in this field, but this topic has not been devoted to an independent study before, and this is why this study sheds light on the decoration of idols on the applied arts of metals. Wood, weaving and coins, because Islamic arts are a true mirror that reflects the features of the Indian Mughal era. Study Approach : This research consists of four chapters, in addition to the introduction and the introduction. The introduction sheds light on the aim of the research, the reasons for its selection, its importance, previous studies, research difficulties, and research methodology. Then comes the introduction to shed light on the definition of the time period of the topic of the research, and also includes a brief study of the historical and civilizational aspects of the Mughal state in India, as well as the origin of the name, the geographical borders and the historical sequence of the Mughal rulers in India, and gives an overview of the internal conditions and civilization aspects in this period, and the extent of the contribution of the Mughal emperors In the art industry. The study followed the descriptive and analytical method to date these pieces and the methods of craftsmanship and decoration. The study was divided into an introduction, preface, four chapters and a conclusion, then the list of sources and references, then the catalog, maps and figures.
