Space has always been and still is linked to so many significances in our minds, generally referring to all that is empty and far away, such as the cosmic outer space surrounding the Earth and the vast extending empty spaces and distances. This vast extended endless emptiness has motivated man to dive deep into a world of spiritualties, feeling his extreme insignificance in this vast universe, resulting in the increase of his fear and humility to the Creator of this Great Universe. On the other hand, in Art, Shape is the common item in all the artistic works, which is produced by a certain individual, the Artist. In this respect, we should remember that the artist is not that person who only draws paintings, but he also may be that one, who composes music, writes poetry, designs furniture or even makes shoes and customs. Artists differ from each other in their arts, degrees of perception and artistic production, but they are similar in conferring a unique special shape on something. Space in content, is that sphere in which the artist implements his artistic idea, in order to fully capture and produce that idea in its best possible image. Therefore, the artist needs a two-dimension flat area to embody that artistic idea ; hence, the space is the surface of the paper or the cloth.
