Enculturation is one of the most important social process in the individual’s life. It is expanded and long process during the life of the human. It continues till the death. Through this process the individual’s personality is formed as he acquires all the experiences during the Enculturation. The Research focus on the relation between Enculturation and the character of the elders to identify that:
1- the features of the elders characters.
2- Enculturation and its effects through the stages of life on the character.
3- Beliefs and customs and the elderly People genome.
4- the effective aspects on the elders personalities(experiences-environment-work education).
5- knowing the elders role in Enculturation.
6- knowing the problems of the elders.
The domain study is made (25), and divided into (8) cases from the elders from Beni-Suef in the elders house that follows the Red Crescent charity, (12) cases form the elders house which follows the young people girls in Beni-Suef,(5) cases from the elders in the Village of Taha ElBisha-Beba- Beni-Suef governorate.
This study depends on the style of the net work social relations and the method of case study.
This fild study was taken (13) months starts in October 2011 and the reslts are:
1- the accmulative experiences and knouledge play a great role during his different life stages ,the cognative maps spcified the way of thinking and the behavior of the elders in his life situations,the expected behaviour styles in his life specified to his previous experiences that he acquires though Enculturation.
2- the styles that used in the a society is varied in Enculturation,the upspring is supervision,persuasions,guidance and advice,poverty, using the educational situations the mother use the styles of punishment.
3- the research shows that the elders who brought up in a nuclear famly is more independency than who is from Extended family.Fathers in Nuclear Family cultivate the independency in the sons from early ages.
4- the sociable relations between the male elders decreased when the elders have more years.the elders lose alet of relation when he retires because his friends and his relations are the collegues in work and it is too difficult to cantact with them.on the other hand the sociable relations to the elders female is still as it is because its from her neighbours.
