Abstract
A library of the basic modules utilized in neural networks
applications is developed both at the electrical and the behavioral levels.
The presented behavioral models embedded in the library proved to have
shorter simulation time and acceptable accuracy as compared to their
equivalent circuits.
The presented cells are utilized in a selected engmeenng
application, Kohonen network classifier, and a novel circuit
implementation for the network is realized on the elctrical and the
behavioral levels to prove the efficiency of the behavioral modeling
concept on the system level
