Abstract Cancer prostate is the second most common maligncy in males It results from a complex interaction between ageing genetic, hormonal and nutritional factors. Histopathologically, about 95 % of patients of cancer prostate have adenocarcinoma that arises from the prostatic epithelium. Cancer prostate can be graded by one of the two common methods ; the standard one is the gleason grading that depends upon the degree of architectural differentiation, with no role for individual cell cytology while the other one is the tumor, lymph nodes and metastasis ” TNM” clinical staging. |
