Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to compare Virginia woolf and William Faukner, as well as two of their novels, To the Lighthouse and as I Lay Dying, and their employment in these two novels. This comparative study does not intend to show the influence exercised by one them on the other, but rather the main points of similarity and difference between them.
