المستخلص

NCA are specific antibodies for antigens in cytoplasmic granules of neutrophil and monocyte lysosomes (Bosch et al., 2006).
The diseases that are most frequently associated with ANCA include Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG), microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), Churg Strauss syndrome, and other disorders. Elevated ANCA titers particularly occur during disease exacerbation but may be low or absent in remission (Anthony et al., 2002).
Hodgkin lymphoma is a neoplasm of lymphoid tissue defined by the presence of malignant Reed-Sternberg and Hodgkin cells (Rs-H) with an appropriate cellular background (Thomas et al., 2004).
Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHLs) are a heterogeneous group of lymphoproliferative malignancies with differing patterns of behavior and responses to treatment (Hoffman et al., 2005).
