Abstract
Sugar beer crop is a strategic commodity in Egypt and many countries of the world for. sugar production so, the government and the farmers interest to raise the production of this crop, which start with interest of seed bed preparation. This operation must be improved the soil structure, increase the yield and give good measurements of the soil properties. Conventional : methods of seedbed preparation became not desirable, it cases miss in time, fuel and increase total consumed energy in tillage operation. However using combined tillage machine became necessary and essential in tillage operation. The field experiments were carried out in a farm at EI- Warak, Kafr EL-Shiekh governorate during agriculture season 2002/2003 at period from 15/10/2002 to 15/3/2003. The area lies in the northern middle zone of the Nile Delta .An area of 3 feddans of clay soil was used and divided , into two parts, every part equal to 1.5 feddans.
