Abstract
The compound 2- (2,3-dimethyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-4-yl) imino-3-phenyl-4-thiazolidinone dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO)induced in vitro antitumor effect correlated to its in vivo activity, being also directly proprotional to both dose concentration and to exposure time .aprecinical toxicity test three concentration (400,1200,200 mg/kg.b.wt.) revealed no signs of leukopenia.
