The Egyptian system had collected – According to the last modificators – between the two system in choosing and introduce the electors to the President appointed, So that decided the right of the political rights which achieved in the Egyptian system – According to the conditions and specific situations in introducing electors for the President appointed with a direct way and decide the right for introducing independence electors on condition, getting a specific number of parliaments, state council and public popularity Assembling, The political parties have indirect role in producing electors for the president appointed with this way too, this through arguing the members of parliament to rote for the favorite elector to the party.
Now, the Egyptian system take with the direct public elections for the president and on condition the getting of right unlimited majority votes which voted for in order to win in elections, in the case of no one get this majority, it will in second election between candidates who get the highest score in votes.
