The researcher operates the clinical empiricism protocol, and uses books, researches and maps as dependent references for collecting data and information about the Egyptian village sociologically and urbanism, then analyze this data to apply on special case in the northern Egypt (Kom Bany Merass/ Mansoura/ Dakahlia). The collected data and information divided into four parts as follow: Part one: Introduction: This part contains the problem, then the aim, then the protocol and at last the components of the research. Part Two: Theoretical Study: This part study the urban environment for Egyptian village through five semesters: First semester: The sociological dimension of the Egyptian village Second semester: The urban properties of the Egyptian village. Third semester: The urban evolution of the Egyptian village. Fourth semester: The urban environment problems of the Egyptian village. Fifth semester: The Arcadian development sustainability. Part Three: Applied study: This part study special case (Kom Bany Meras), the researcher choose a case of the northern Egypt for studying using tools and important data to recognize how far Egyptian villages change urbanism after attaching with towns through this Arcadian case. This chapter consist of four semesters: First semester: The sociological dimension of Kom Bany Meras. Second semester: The urban evolution of Kom Bany Meras. Third semester: The urban environment problems of Kom Bany Meras. Fourth semester: The Arcadian development sustainability in Kom Bany Meras. Part Four: Results and advices: This part shows the collecting results then suggest some advices to achieve integral development to the Egyptian village. Additions: The researcher do field study for the case study by meeting its population. First addition: questionnaire form. Second addition: analyzing the questionnaire form results.
