The basis for relieving the hyperglycemia should affect the underlying defects of glucose metabolism and further more manage accompanying disorders in D.M. and dyslipidemia. The aim of this study was to investigate of a newly developed b3 agonist to explore is effect on blood glucose in animal model of D.M. and try to search for the possible underlying mechanism of this effect. (R( (BThese results show that selective stimulation of the b3 adrenoceptors in diabetic rats produced powerful antihyperglycemic effect, enhance glucose storage in liver and glucose uptake by soleus muscles with no change in serum insulin level. |
