Abstract The aim of this work is to evaluate the role of ultrasound, spiral CT scan and MR imaging in diagnosis of abdominal lymphoma. This study included 47 patients (32 male & 15 females, age ranged 365 yeas with mean age was 39 years). presented with cervical lymphadenopathy, abdominal mass or pain and constitutional symptoms. Ultrasound, spiral CT scan and MR imaging were done for all patients. Spiral CT scan of the abdomen was done after IV injection of ionic contrast medium. MR imaging was done on 1.5 Tesla scanner. T1, TSE and true Fispe were done for all patients. Ultrasound guided biopsy was done for 22 patients Histopathological examination of the abdominal lymphoma was included non Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in 35 patients and Hodgkin disease (HD) in 12 patients.
