Abstract
Al Dakhalya Company for dyeing & Al Nsr Company for dyes in Mahala El Kobra and other companies for dyeing, suffer from an essential and critical problem in dyeing process. Till now adjusting colors in dyeing process is handled manually, this affected by labor force efficiency & may lead to unrequired colors which represent a waste. This research presents an automatic solution for adjusting colors in dyeing process to reach high efficiency and better quality for dyed material. It is required to build a model for dyeing process and design adaptive controller to guarantee system insensitivity against disturbances & uncertainty and parameters variation with required dynamic response.
