The study aimed to identify the importance of human development in our lives and the goal of which is to educate and develop the human element through vocational education (technical) and evaluate the extent of its effectiveness using modern technology in machines and how to train and develop them as well, with the interest emanating from teachers and trainers with individual skills for each student.The researcher relied on the social survey methodology, which depends on collecting data on this phenomenon and trying to interpret it, and the questionnaire was used to survey the study sample, consisting of students in the institution (school), which numbered (138) students and their percentage (10%) of the study population.Among the most important results:Severe neglect of the student’s hidden abilities. Lack of continuous and permanent funding for some schools. Lack of goals for most students.A small percentage of students aim to complete their university or institute studies.The existence of a system to a certain extent in the attendance rate of some schools.As for the administrative situation, ignorance and regression prevail.Among the most important recommendations are the following:1-Paying attention to students’ spices and trying to treat their social problems.2-Employing a new generation of management that carries sufficient awareness and culture to instill it in the minds of students. 3-Taking into account the social status of each student. 4-Activating the item of monthly rewards and incentives for those working on the development of the institution inside and outside.5-Supporting technical education through the media well, and effectively.6-Financing these schools in terms of facilities, buildings and machinery. 7-Facilitating and providing institute and university education for technical education students. 8-Motivating the student of technical education to practice science and help continuity.
