Abstract The preparation of nanoparticle ferrites has emerged as a captivating area of research over the past twenty years. This is due to the significant impact of the nanoparticles’ extremely small size and expansive surface area on certain electrical and magnetic properties, which can be altered simultaneously. Consequently, there is a growing number of scholars who are becoming active in the field as new applications continue to arise. Therefore, the objective of the present work has been to prepare Cu1- xMgxFe2O4 nanoparticles by the citrate-nitrate auto combustion approach (where, x=0.0, 0.5, and 1.0), then preparation of BaTiO3/ Cu-MgFe2O4 composites with different percentages. After that, we have aimed to study some structural, morphological, ferro electrical, magnetic, and electrical properties of the pure ferroelectrics, ferrites, and composite samples and to investigate some of their practical applications. |
