The aim of the current research is to develop the skills of applying digital software in scientific research among a sample of Professional Diploma students at the Department of Educational Technology at the Faculty of Education-Mansoura University by providing four experimental treatments; where they were divided into four experimental groups, the number of students in each group is (9) students, the students of the first group studied with the extended break mode and the content-oriented chatbot, the students of the second group studied with the equal break mode and the content-oriented chatbot, the students of the third group studied with the extended break mode and the user-oriented chatbot, and the fourth group studied with equal interval mode and a user-directed chatbot, follow The research is a descriptive survey approach and an experimental approach with a semi-experimental design. The research tools were represented in an achievement test of the cognitive aspects of digital software application skills in scientific research, and a note card to measure the instrumental aspects of digital software application skills in scientific research, and appropriate statistical processing methods were applied using statistical programs for Social Sciences, and the current research has found an impact of the interaction between the patterns of The research recommended the need to employ comma patterns and ways of responding interactive chatbots to intelligent learning environments for graduate students.
