المستخلص This research aims to determine “The effect of ethical leadership on passion for work - by applying it to the employees of the El-Arabi group Company in Egypt”. The research community was represented by all employees of the company. The size of the research sample was (281) individuals, and the number of correct responses that were subjected to statistical analysis was (281) 100% response. To collect the primary data, a questionnaire was designed and the data was collected randomly from some of the employees of Al-Arabi group in Egypt. The SPSS program was used to analyze the primary data, and the (Cronbach’s Alpha) coefficient was used to calculate the validity and reliability coefficients. The Pearson correlation coefficient and the regression analysis method were also used. Simple to verify the validity of research hypotheses. The research results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of ethical leadership and the dimensions of passion for work at el-araby group company in egypt. In addition, there is a significant impact of the dimensions of ethical leadership on the dimensions of passion for work at el-araby group company in egypt. |
