The religion of Islam is the seal religion of the letters and it will remain until the Doomsday. some of advantages of this religion that Allah gave it features to be able to face time and place change throughout the ages. The most important feature is hermeneutics which undertook the interpretation and explanation of the religious texts. The science of legal purposes that aims to save the human Interests and remove embarrassment wherever he is. Despite of important of hermeneutics and the science of legal purposes in the human life, but the deviation of Interpretation of a religious text and its purposes began when Islam beginning, and understanding it in a far way of Allah and his prophet. What a similar between the ancient era and now, the deviation phenomenon in the religious text and the legitimate purpose has renewed in the modern era, and then appeared between us whose are speaking our language, whose mocks in Qur’an and Sunnah without any knowledge. Whose violates its sanctity without evidence so they deviated from the true Interpretation and relied on their minds to deviate the religious text of its meaning and purpose, so they confused arbitrator and non-arbitrator, the replacer and what was replaced. They called to change the religion and replace it and renew everything even its basic and critical roles. What made this subject more dangerous that the deviate hermeneutics and the legal purposes led to intellectual and legal deviation, and deviation in monotheism, also led to appear of terrorism, judging on societies by disbelief, the emergence of atheism, hyperbole in the religion, and more deviations. Because of that, this research is a serious attempt that the researcher made it to clarify the meanings and the directions that was deviated in Interpretation of a religious text and the legal purposes, and discuss many disadvantages that the people suffer from because the deviation of Interpretation of a religious text and the legal purposes, and clarification the true meanings of the religious texts and divine purposes that agree with Qur’an and Sunnah, show the differences between it and misunderstanding, warning of suspicions and speech of whose deviated in Interpretation and the legal purposes, and knowing some ways to protect us from it. The research plan:- The research included a prefix, Tow main chapters, six subsidiary chapters, eighteen topics, and suffix. The first main chapter: “the phenomenon of deviation in the interpretation of the religious text”. It includes three subsidiary chapters: The first: models of the deviations in the interpretation of the religious text. The second: the deviation in the interpretation of the religious text and its relation with the crisis of contemporary extremism. The third: the deviation in the hermeneutics and its effect of deviating in renew the religious speech. The second main chapter: “the phenomenon of deviation in the legal purposes It includes three subsidiary chapters: The first: models of the deviations in understanding the legal purposes The second: the negative effects of the legal purpose understanding deviation The third: the legal purpose understanding deviation and its effect in neglecting the consequences of things The most important points of the research: First: the researcher has sure that the phenomenon of deviation in the interpretation of the religious text and legal purposes isn’t a spontaneous act, but an intellectual project has its goals and tools and purposes that this intellectual project is fighting to achieve it by using every possible weapons to reach the goal to destroy the lofty Islamic heritage Second: the researcher has found that the most important reasons of the phenomenon of deviation in the interpretation of the religious text and legal purposes are adopting some modernists the alien curricula to Islam that depends on the mind and the whims, not on Islamic scientists roles, because that this curricula is building on the rebellion against sacred religious texts, beliefs and constants of religion. Third: the researches was insighted that the deviation in the hermeneutics and legal purposes is a basic to every evil hit Islam at the ancient and the modern and this is a reason from the most important reasons of religion hyperbole, the emergence of terrorism, judging on societies by disbelief, the atheism, confusing the young people minds and defacement the Islamic religion locally and globally.
