المستخلص The study aims to reveal the effect of the manager’s uncivilized behavior in the workplace on job alienation through a moderating role of the five major factors of the employee’s personality by applying it to doctors in government hospitals in the Gaza Strip. Therefore, a proposed model was designed for the study, and a survey list was designed and distributed to doctors in government hospitals in the Gaza Strip. The program SPSS Version 25 was used to analyze the relationships. The population was 1660 individuals, and a stratified random sampling method was used. The size of this sample reached 322 individuals, and the number of valid forms entered into the program reached 318 forms, representing 98.7% of the total sample size. The statistical analysis showed a significant correlation between the uncivilized behavior of the manager in the workplace, job alienation, and the five major factors of the employee’s personality. There is also a positive moral effect for some dimensions of the manager’s uncivilized behavior in the workplace and the dimensions of job alienation. There is also a positive moral effect. For some dimensions of the Big Five factors of the employee’s personality and dimensions of job alienation, the analysis added that the Big Five factors of the employee’s personality moderate the relationship between some dimensions of the manager’s uncivilized behavior in the workplace and the dimensions of job alienation. |
