المستخلص The study aimed to identify the effect of toxic leadership on Workplace Deviation and was applied to employees of the Egyptian Telecom Company in Dakahlia Governorate. A proposed model for the study was designed to be used as evidence to test the relationship between the two variables of the study. A survey list was also designed and directed to (employees of the Egyptian Telecom Company in Dakahlia Governorate) through a personal interview, and to analyze the primary data of the study, the statistical program SPSS was used to enter the primary data. The sample size was 304 individuals, which were distributed to the study sample in a random manner, taking into account the relative distribution of the number of workers in each branch. 286 lists were retrieved, suitable for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 94%, and the most important results of the study were the presence of a positive effect between the dimensions of toxic leadership and the dimensions of deviance in the workplace, and its most important recommendations were to establish foundations and standards for selecting leaders in the Egyptian Telecom Company at all administrative levels, allowing leaders to involve workers in decision-making and listening to their opinions, ideas and proposals. |
