المستخلص

The study aimed to achieve competitive excellence in private schools in Sohag GoverNorate in the light of the entrepreneurial leadership approach, by identifying the theoretical and intellectual foundations of entrepreneurial leadership and competitive excellence in contemporary educational literature and identifying the reality of the role of entrepreneurial leadership in achieving competitive excellence in private schools in Sohag GoverNorate and reaching a vision A proposal to achieve competitive excellence in private schools in the light of the pioneering leadership approach. The study used the descriptive approach in addressing the objectives and axes of the study. The questionnaire was also used to collect data from the study sample, which amounted to (400) principals, agents, and teachers of private schools in Sohag GoverNorate through (12) private schools chosen randomly.
Among the results of the study were the following:
 Private schools face intense competition in society and the education market. Therefore, they need pioneering leadership to build a pioneering educational institution that can provide distinguished and unique educational services to its students that other schools canNot provide or even imitate, which achieves a proactive and competitive advantage.
 The shortcomings in adopting new approaches to develop the administrative performance of the administrative leaders, such as the pioneering leadership approach in the private schools in Sohag GoverNorate.
 The stagnation of school regulations and laws impedes the development of the administrative performance of the administrative leaders in private schools in light of the pioneering leadership approach.
 Poor ability of leaders to adapt and respond quickly to developments and continuous environmental changes to facilitate business, lack of dealing with the changes of the times, and the power of influence on others.
 The school administration failed in qualifying the human resources in it and in defining criteria for evaluating their performance.
 The failure of the school administration in investing human energies and adopting creative and inNovative energies.
 The lack of role of the school administration in motivating and rewarding creative teachers and encouraging them to perform well.
 The school administration’s lack of selection of the best alternatives and options contributes to providing the best different services for private schools in Sohag GoverNorate.
The researcher also made a proposed vision in the light of the results of the study, both theoretical and field, that can be used to achieve competitive excellence in private schools in Sohag GoverNorate in the light of the entrance to entrepreneurial leadership.
