The goal of treatment of Monteggia fracture is anatomic reduction of radial head together with reduction and fixation of ulna. Closed Reduction and Percutaneous Kirschner Wires Fixation of Monteggia Fracture in children not only prevents malunion or nonunion but achieves rapid union of fracture site. (5) |
