In this study, different methods of analysis for some compounds are proposed. The compounds investigated through out this work were determined in pharmaceutical formulations (Methotrexate (MTX) and Folic acid (FA)), and in biological fluids (Methyldopa (MTD)). Other compounds in Trifolium alexandrinum (Soyasaponin I (S1), Azukisaponin V (S2), Bersimoside I (S3), and Bersimoside II (S4)) were also determined. The methods of analysis that were used are High Performance Liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) method, and Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) method.
