Abstract This study was conducted on (60) male patients presenting to Kasr Alainy andrology outpatient clinic complaining of Idiopathic male infertility or manifestations of partial androgen deficiency in aging males. They were divided into (2) groups each of (30) patients. Here in this study (750 mg / day) of Tribulus terrestris in 3 divided doses as an endogenus testosterone enhancer had been tried for (3 months) duration and the study of its effect had been monitored for each group concerning its effect on testosterone (Total and Free) and LH, as well as its Impact on semen parameters for patients of Idiopathic male infertility and IIEF - 5 for patients presenting with manifestations of partial androgen deficiency before and after treatment |
