Abstract
Aim: was to evaluate the effectiveness of microabrasion technique on induced white spot lesion on enamel surface of extracted premolars using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy analysis , scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive x-ray analysis . Conclusion : microabrasion technique is excellent in masking white spot lesions but it actually microabrade the enamel surface .
