Abstract
In the present investigation, synthesis, in vitro cytotoxic activity, Tyrosine kinase inhibition, COX-2 inhibition, docking and QSAR study of certain new quinoxaline derivatives were performed. The thesis consists of the following parts: 1. Introduction This part displayed a concise review describing the various pharmacological activity of quinoxaline derivatives including antitumor activity and various methods used for the synthesis of 3-hydrazinylquinoxalin-2(1H)- one. 2. Aim of the Present Investigation This part presented the pharmacological bases upon which the new synthesized compounds were designed
