Abstract In this study, we performed 25 cases of recurrent anterior shoulderdislocation, all had ALPSA lesions which all operated on by using the double-row fixation technique andwerefollowed-upfor1yea. Therewas a statistically significantimprovementinthepatient’sconstantshoulderscore. The scorerises from52–67 (mean 59.20±4.03) preoperatively, to 82–98 (mean 91.71±3.58) 1year after surgery Finally, Double row ALPSA lesion repair technique is a promising field for further studies that should have larger sample size and long term follow up of the patients. The principle is valid and may allow us to avoid high rate of recurrence in ALPSA lesion. The current study is assessing the results of arthroscopic double-row in Anterior labro-ligamentous periosteal sleeve avulsion lesion repair, and we recommend that: |
