المستخلص The research aimed to present a proposed Paradigm for the development of the communicative competencies of the digital immigrant in the light of lifelong learning. The descriptive survey method was used by preparing a competency questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (194) postgraduate students ”masters and PhD” in the Graduate School of Education - Cairo University, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there are no statistically significant differences between males and females with regard to communicative competencies in its four axes. As it does not receive sufficient attention within the scope of its development and study at the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education - Cairo University, and there are no statistically significant differences with regard to the academic degree (master’s and Ph.D.) on the axes of communicative competencies, in addition to the importance of developing the communicative competencies of the digital immigrant in light of The objectives of lifelong learning, the commitment of digital immigrant students to ethical standards and values when using information technology, and the need for trainers, faculty, master’s and doctoral students in the digital immigrant category to develop communicative competencies. |
