Abstract

In this study, the used Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes MWCNTs was prepared, and the resulting materials were tested with characterization tests, the crystalline structure of the pristine powders was determined using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Electronic and phonon properties investigated through Raman Spectroscopy(RS), Thermal stability of the synthesized CNTs was determined using Thermogravimetric analysis (TG), the functional groups of the carbon nanotubes were determined by using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and the external morphology of the MWCNTs was examined by Scanning Electron Microscopy SEM, and another powerful tool for the external morphology examination of the MWCNTs field electron emission, also known as Field Emission (FE) and electron field emission is emission of electrons induced by an electrostatic field.
