Abstract
The thesis included the following parts:
Introduction which reviews information about cephalosporin antibiotics and cefotaxime. Also, cefotaxime complexes that were previously prepared.
Materials and methods used, this chapter explains the materials, preparation and analysis methods used in this study.
Results and Discussion were reviewed, where the reaction molar ratio was determined, and proposed structure compounds were established. The quantum variables of the compounds were also calculated using the Gaussian program. Biological activity of compounds was studied and docking computational approach was used through AutoDock program. While, the effect of the compounds on the steel corrosion rate was determined through potentiodynamic polarization test.
