Abstract This study is significant to the automotive feeding companies the present and future Researchers. The Automotive feeding companies that was studding will benefit from this study because the study will provide recommendations to improve order processing that will later be implemented to reduce order processing cycle time and allow the company to maintain superior. The performance of automotive feeding companies products during of Phases of production efficiency testing and operating times one such activity and is the focus of this thesis project. Benchmarking is one of the basic principles of testing production efficiency. The running time of completed on-time operations determines the benchmark for performance efficiency. Objective of the study is to explore the application of Lean Six Sigma to improve the Automotive feeding companies performance, which reflects positively on the organization and customers and satisfy their needs as possible and take advantage of reducing time wasted to accept a new product.
