المستخلص
Despite the fact that the Science of jurisprudence rules was never written until the fourth Hijri century, Its potential rules was found in Quran and Sunnah. Moreover, The Companions - may God be pleased with them – Comprehensively counted on it whenever they had to logically resonate Judgments.In this research, I demonstrated that jurisprudence rules were taken into consideration in the interpretations of the Companions - may God be pleased with them - through a presentation of some of their fatwas on whatever incidents that occurred back then.Also, I discussed some of the fatwas that fall under the major general rules agreed upon by the jurists, and three rules of the Opinion based jurisprudence.I presented the research with a theoretical introduction to define the terms of the title of the research, then I followed it with six chapters, each major rule in a chapter, and the rules for Opinion based jurisprudence in another chapter.
