This study aimed to determine the relation between Servant leadership and Job engagement, and applied on the employees of Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some employees in Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. Sample size was 304, and the SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that all dimensions of Servant leadership are positively related with all dimensions Job engagement in Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. Also results show that all dimensions of Servant leadership which represented in (Altruistic, Emotional healing, Wisdom, Persuasive) as independent variables had a significant effect on each dimension of Job engagement which represented in (Vigor, Dedication, absorption) as dependent variables in Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. Servant leadership is a subject that has drawn a lot of interest in the leadership literature in the recent years. It is a phrase that was coined by Robert Greenleaf in his essay called, The Servant as Leader. Numerous academic and popular writers also agree that servant leadership is a valid leadership style for consideration in today’s business world. Popular leadership writers and researchers have stated that servant leadership should be considered by the leaders of today’s organization. On the other hand, Work engagement is the ””harnessing of organization member’s selves to their work roles: in engagement, people employ and express themselves physically, cognitively, emotionally and mentally during role performances””. Three aspects of work motivation are cognitive, emotional and physical engagement. This study aimed to determine the relation between Servant leadership and Job engagement, and was applied on the employees of Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate.
