Objectives of the Study:
•To prepare a program based on active learning to develop some pre-academic skills for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder.
•To prepare a measurement for the pre-academic skills for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder.
•To measure the efficacy of a program based on active learning to develop some pre-academic skills for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder.
•To develop some Pre-academic skills for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• To verify the efficacy of this program after a period of time (two months) of applying it by the follow-up study.
Study Tools:
-Pre-academic skills list. Prepared by the researcher).
-Pre-academic skills Scale for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder in the early stages of education. (Prepared by the researcher).
-A program for developing some pre-academic skills for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder (Prepared by the researcher).
The study results
- There are statistically significant differences amongst the averages of marks rankings for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder in the prior and aftermath measurements for the measurement of the pre-academic skills in the direction of the aftermath measurement.
-There are no statistically significant differences amongst the averages of marks rankings for the children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder in the aftermath and follow-up measurements in the program of pre-academic skills.
