Abstract This thesis aimed to determine the orbit of a low earth orbit satellite, and to predict its motion during one week. this process of orbit determination will depend on observational data taking by global positioning system (GPS). In this thesis, an analytical expression for predicting the satellite{u2019}s orbit is developed taking into account the Earth{u2019}s geopotential and Ocean tides forces. Computational algorithms is expressed to compute the satellite{u2019}s orbit. The satellite{u2019}s motion is applied numerically on EGYPTSAT-1 as areal model |
