Abstract
Imaging is an essential tool for evaluation and monitoring of arthropathy of hemophilia and other inherited coagulopathie A cohort population underwent ultrasonography to assess their joint status. In our study, we examined 210 joints (70 knees, 70 elbows and seventy ankles) in over all 35 patients .each joint was examined for synovial hypertrophy, cartilage abnormalities and sub chondral bone abnormalities. The study showed that ultrasonography had agreat role in diagnosis of hemophilic arthropathy
