Abstract The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic third ventriculostomy between the cases of cerebellar mass with hydrocephalus and to estimate the percentage of patients that will need C.S.F diversion post operative to excision of the mass alone or excision of mass with endoscopic third ventriculostomy. Methods: This is a Prospective Controlled Randomized Study (Single Blinded) of patients with cerebellar mass and hydrocephalus of total 46 patients into 2 groups (group A and group B) in the Neurosurgery Department at Cairo University Hospitals from April 2017 to December 2019.Radiological imaging was evaluated pre and post operatively by either MRI brain or CT scan.
