Abstract
Abdominoplasty is an important and common , operation in plastic surgery , alot of modifications were done to it but no changes were done to the standered steps of the operation , and by time waist definition became a very important issue , and plication of the abdominal wall muscles became of a great role in abdominoplasty operation and in this thesis we proved that plication of abdominal wall muscles has a great role in waist definition in abdominoplasty
