Abstract
A total of 240 broiler chicks were used in this experiment which extended for 6 weeks and the feeding period was divided into 3 stages:
1) Starter stage: from 0-10 days in which the bird fed diet containing CP 23% and ME 3000 kcal/kg diet.
2) Grower stage: from 11-23 days in which the bird fed diet containing CP 21.50% and ME 3100 kcal/kg diet.
3) Finisher stage: from 24-42 days in which the bird fed diet containing CP 20% and ME 3200 kcal/kg diet.
The experiment design was as the following: basal standard diet without additives with 1% oil, basal standard diet without additives with 1.5% oil, basal, basal standard diet without additives with 2% oil, basal standard diet without additives with 2.5% oil, basal standard diet with emulsifier with 1% oil, basal standard diet with lipidol with 1.5% oil, basal standard diet with emulsifier with 2% oil, basal standard diet with emulsifier with 2.5% oil, basal standard diet with 50 kcal/kg less energy content without additives with 1% oil, basal standard diet with 50 kcal/kg less energy content without additives with 1% oil, basal standard diet with 50 kcal/kg less energy content without additives with 1.5% oil, basal standard diet with 50 kcal/kg less energy content without additives with 2% oil.
