المستخلص

Modern sports training for high level athletes in athletics is based primarily on many basic and experimental sciences that have contributed to its various applications in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the training process to achieve the best global achievements which we are witnessing now in field and track competitions which are the backbone of the Olympic Games. The link of biomechanics with sports training has become one of the basic matters in the sports field, as biomechanics gives sports training the scientific basis on which to plan the training load for different sports movements to reach a typical performance characterized by economical effort, and this is what was called for by the First International Conference on Biomechanics in 1973 AD. It is the application of the foundations, laws and scientific theories that have been reached from the natural, physical, mechanical and biological sciences to human movement in general and the athlete in particular. Therefore, we find that the rapid development in the numbers of athletics competitions came as a result of the development of sports training methods based on physiological, biomechanical and psychological scientific foundations, where there is a strong relationship between performance improvement and biomechanics in terms of studying performance variables for skill, and the possibility of building a training program that simulates performance variables through the results of Biomechanical research.
It is mentioned that the imbalance in the muscular balance of the muscles working on the joint leads to a narrow range of motion for the joint, thus impeding the improvement of the level of strength, speed and motor compatibility of the athlete, and also leads to a weak level of compatibility between the muscle fibers within the muscle, as well as between the muscles, and this consequently leads to a decrease in the economic performance Kinetic.
t is noteworthy that the throwing competitions fall within the athletics competitions in which the numbers are smashing amazingly and quickly to keep pace with the tremendous progress in the science of sports training. the main objective of throwing competitions is to remove the sports tool by throwing, pushing or throwing to the farthest possible distance without violating the rules of competitions. To achieve this, two main factors must be present: a high level of technical performance, and high physical abilities.
