Abstract With increasing investments in KM implementations in many organizations, measuring organizational benefits of KM initiatives has become an important agenda among KM practitioners. This study examined the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance using Balanced Scorecard Perspectives and analyzed the critical success factors that could be used to increase success of knowledge management process implementation in organizations. Data collected from 218 manager working in 12 commercial banks operating in Egypt (3 national governmental banks and 9 private banks), showed that there is a significant relation between Knowledge Management Process and knowledge Management Critical Success Factors, furthermore there is significant positive relationship between Knowledge Management Process and organizational performance and finally, there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management CSFs and organizational performance through their effect on KM process within organizations |
