Abstract
RAI131 dose compared before dose. While, eGFR MDRD showed statistical significance after one week and two months of RAI131 dose compared before treatment. Additionally, there were highly statistical significant differences between the studied patients regarding urine analysis and β2 microglobulin in urine before and after RAI131 dose.
Conclusion: RAI-131 has a very important role in treating thyroid diseases and Different doses of RAI-131 has different impact on the thyroid gland function and affects the renal tubular functions.
