With the intensity of competition and increasing challenges in the work environment, in addition to the rapid changes in the work environment, organizations have tended to abandon adopting traditional leadership patterns that do not keep pace with this competition and challenges as well as with rapid changes. At the same time, these organizations sought to adopt effective leadership patterns that contribute to improving employees’ performance, increasing organizational effectiveness, and supporting and directing employees to achieve the goals required of them.
